An example of the syntax of a HTP represented as a qualified identifer using this namespace is: http://ns.electronichealth.net.au/id/hi/htp/1.0/800364xxxxyyyyyz where:

  • xxxx is '1110' is the resource management partition.
  • yyyyy is issued by the system operator
  • z is the check digit derived using ISO/IEC 7812 across the 15-digit number
