My Health Record FHIR Gateway v5.0

These technical specifications enable developers to connect applications to the My Health Record system via the FHIR® Gateway. They describe API requests and responses, data mapping between CDA implementation guide fields and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR®), and the error scenarios and associated error codes for all APIs. It is intended for use by FHIR® API consumers to understand the API signature exposed by the My Health Record system and 1800MEDICARE.

Discharge Summary v1.7

This release of the Discharge Summary includes the following changes to the Discharge Summary My Health Record Conformance Profile - Revision of HPI-I relaxation with change in document version from 1.6 to 1.7 and Update to the 2.3.3 Relaxation inclusions for HPI-I. Discharge Summary documents support the transfer of a patient from a hospital back to the care of their nominated primary healthcare provider.
