To help keep our systems secure, the Software Vendor Testing (SVT) environment that supports the National Consumer Portal (NCP) will introduce a new multi‑factor authentication (MFA) login from 15 May 2026. This enhancement removes the need for entering test user credentials and will streamline and strengthen the login process.Required actionsTo support this transition, existing NCP SVT users will need to provide their contact details in the spreadsheet that was shared separately on email or by requesting a copy from: ncpsvtuser@digitalhealth.gov.au. Contact details are required by COB 08 APRIL 2026. Privacy of your information The information collected will be used to onboard users to the SVT environment and prepare accounts for MFA. The privacy and security of personal information is important to us and will be managed in accordance with the Agency’s Privacy Policy. Please note: up to 2 users can be added to the SVT environment.Impact of non-complianceAfter 15 May 2026, your existing shared login will no longer work.
