Aged Care Support Plan - Template Package Library v1.0

The template package library provides validation rules for the Aged Care Support Plan to identify points of non-conformance to the relevant specifications. The template package contained in this library will be used by the My Health Record system, the Department of Health and Aged Care and the Agency's Clinical Package Validator.

Template packages in general are restricted to assessing conformance to only some of the mandatory requirements that apply to clinical documents. Their assessment ability is limited, and results from the assessment against a template package must NOT be relied upon when declaring conformity to the System Operator of the My Health Record system. Department of Health and Aged Care will need to supplement assessments against a template package with their own testing before declaring conformity.
