Event Summary - PCEHR Conformance Profile v1.4

This document provides the requirements for producers and consumers of Event Summary documents that connect to the My Health Record system.

It lists the specific conformance requirements for Event Summary documents in the context of the My Health Record system and provides references to all other documents that specify requirements applicable to event summaries.

Such references include the Event Summary CDA Implementation Guide and the Clinical Documents Common Conformance Profile.

Clarification: PCEHR means the My Health Record, formerly the "Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record", within the meaning of the My Health Records Act 2012 (Cth), formerly called the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Act 2012 (Cth).
