Patient Medicines History - API Conformance Profile v1.0

This document defines the functional and non-functional requirements for the PMH API and provides the basis for assessing conformance of the PMH API. The requirements support the secure, reliable and interoperable exchange of medicines history information and the safe operation of the PMH ecosystem. 

Requirements applicable to systems that connect to the PMH API, including prescribing systems, dispensing systems, consumer-facing applications and intermediaries, are defined in the relevant PMH Connecting Systems Conformance Profiles.
