Aged Care Transfer Summary - Template Package Library v1.1

The template package library provides validation rules for 'Residential Care Transfer Reason' , 'Residential Care Health Summary' and Residential Care Medication chart to identify points of non-conformance to the relevant specifications. The template packages contained in this library will be used by the My Health Record system, other clinical information systems and the Agency's Clinical Package Validator.

Template packages in general are restricted to assessing conformance to only some of the mandatory requirements that apply to clinical documents. Their assessment ability is limited, and results from the assessment against a template package must NOT be relied upon when declaring conformity to the System Operator of the My Health Record system. A vendor will need to supplement assessments against each template packages with their own testing before declaring conformity.
