Clinical Information System Standards - Clinical Note Document Scenarios and business requirements v1.0

The goal of the clinical note document is to provide a consistent method of passing clinical information relevant to an aged care setting from one healthcare organisation to another in a safe and secure way using existing point-to-point transfer mechanisms.

This document describes scenarios and business requirements for the clinical note document that will capture clinical notes. This document will also support the creation of an information requirement document and an implementation guide to be published on this site.
