DH-4155:2025 Electronic Prescribing – Conformance Test Specifications – Medication Chart Prescribing Systems v3.0.5 is being added to EP Conformance Test Specification Documents on its effective date 29 May 2025 to support the testing of electronic prescribing for Medication Chart prescribing systems.

DH-4155:2025 Electronic Prescribing – Conformance Test Specifications - Medication Chart Prescribing Systems v3.0.5 includes the following important updates: 

a. Conformance Test Specifications relating to Evidence of Prescription (EoP) for Medication Chart prescribing systems have been updated in line with the changes to the related conformance requirements
