Electronic Prescribing - Technical Framework Documents - Release Note v3.1

This release of the end product EP-3543:2021 provides the following revisions to DH-3542:2021 Electronic Prescribing –Solution Architecture v3.0. The following items are addressed: 

• Changes to the Solution Architecture that accommodate medication chart based electronic prescribing and ensure alignment with Conformance Profile 3.0
• Changes to accommodate Active Script List Register design changes and ensure alignment with Conformance Profile 3.0
• Removal of the Token Delivery Service as a participant system
• Better reflection of the API gateways as not being a standalone participant system
• Some changes to the roles of carers and agents to ensure alignment with Conformance Profile 3.0
• Some changes to data requirements to ensure alignment with Conformance Profile 3.0
• Changed Logical diagram of future state architecture
