This release of the end-product EP-4413:2026 provides the following revisions:

This release of the DH-4415:2026 Electronic Prescribing – National Prescription Delivery
Service and Active Script List Registry Conformance Profile v4.0 replaces the following
product:

• DH-3939:2024 Electronic Prescribing – National Prescription Delivery Service and
  Active Script List Registry Conformance Profile v3.1

DH-4415:2026 Electronic Prescribing – National Prescription Delivery Service and Active
Script List Registry Conformance Profile v4.0 includes the following important revisions:

• Inclusion of additional conformance requirements specific to the National Prescription
  Delivery Service system (NPDS) to mitigate newly identified risks;
• Inclusion of additional conformance requirements specific to the Active Script List
  Registry system (ASLR) to mitigate newly identified risks;
• Withdrawal of conformance requirements specific to the NPDS system that are no
  longer mitigating identified risks or are not required;
• Withdrawal of conformance requirements specific to the ASLR system that are no
  longer mitigating identified risks or are not required; 
• Changes to existing requirements including editorial corrections, further clarification
  notes, and amendments to further mitigate newly identified risks.
