The Australian Digital Health Agency has specified a set of conformance requirements for health software that uses healthcare identifiers (HI). A developer who wishes to claim that their software conforms to the requirements for using healthcare identifiers must complete this Implementation Conformance Statement (ICS) to indicate which requirements are satisfied by their healthcare identifiers implementation. The ICS must be completed before a developer’s HI implementation is allowed to access the Healthcare Identifiers (HI Service), as outlined in the Healthcare Identifiers Software - Conformance Assessment Scheme [Agency2026].
