PCEHR Architecture - High Level System Architecture v1.35

This document provides a high-level description of the architecture of the My Health Record system. It is based on the April 2011 PCEHR System Concept of Operations and was written to provide input to the National Infrastructure Partner tender.

Clarification: PCEHR means the My Health Record, formerly the "Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record", within the meaning of the My Health Records Act 2012 (Cth), formerly called the Personally Controlled Electronic Health Records Act 2012 (Cth).
