Health informatics — Semantic network framework of traditional Chinese medicine language system

This specification defines the structure of a semantic network by describing the semantic types and semantic relations of a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) language system. The specification is intended to support establishment of a Unified Semantic Modelling TCM Language System; support development of standardised TCM concepts and relationships of concepts; provide a conceptual framework for the concept representation of TCM Language; provide the minimal coding for the semantic network structure; and support improvement in the processing of natural language by computer systems.
